Tile floor! Help!

So normally I use the threaded spikes that screw up into the base of my Dynaudio Contour 3.0's when they are on carpet/concrete. I don't like using them directly on this new tile floor that my listening room is now residing. The tiles are a little rough not super smooth so I have to level the speakers and get them anchored properly, when I use a small amount of putty in each corner it kills the life of the sound, so out with that idea, then I tried some little clear rubber discs and that was a lot better but I'm still thinking the speakers are not quite right, Ive never had to deal with a bare tile floor ....what do you all think would work best under these speakers?

I'd start with what @gs5556 suggests especially as you want to deal with the floor reflections as well (you also need rugs between the speakers and your listening position)

However in addition you can also try decoupling the speakers from your floor via a Townshend podium or other spring or roller/slider based solution such as Herbies
