Threshold FET 1 s2 vs FET 2 s2
Anyone with first hand experience on these Threshold Preamps? The 1 was $2200 vs the 2 $1300 manufactured 81-85. Used the 1 commands about 3-$400
More than the 2. I think the 1 has a head amp for the mc phono vs a Jensen transformer for the 2 mc phono section? Is the 1 preamp worth the extra cost regarding the mc phono sound Quality?
