It seem like you are going to have a great setup. I personally own the Meridian 561 with the EAD PowerMaster 2000. I personally like the setup very much. My Martin Logans speakers are different from yours but they both needs a lot of power to drive. The main reason I went with the Meridian becasue of it software and firmware how they could be upgrade to adopt to the lastest Surround. Like the Pro Logic II and 7 Channel surround sound. As what are the difference between the EAD vs Theta Dreadnaught I really never done a side by side comparsion. So I have no comments on that. Wish you the best of luck on your new home theater.
