Theta Compli Vs. Wadia 302?

Hi,

I'm in the market for a new CD player. My two top contenders are the Theta Compli universal player and the Wadia 302.
How does the Compli compare to the 302 on redbook?
Do you know what is the price (MSRP) of the digital input?
Any comments about connecting the 302 direct to a Krell Fpb 400cx?
I cann't audition them both so, I would be grateful for any user feedback.
