Theta Compli on-screen display for audio ?

I've recently picked up a Theta Compli player that did not have the correct remote. I'm planning to use it for audio only. Are there any settings for 2ch audio that can only be reached through the on-screen display ? I've also noticed that the sound quality signifantly improves when I turn the video off. Are there other settings that I should consider when using the unit for 2ch audio only ? I'm using the on-board DAC for now. Thanks !
