The West Coast is currently blowing out other area

They say that the downturn of the computer industry has hurt things. I say that same downturn is producing the best that audio has seen for awhile. I site Nuforce, Oritek Audio, and Aplhifi as proof.

It doesn't relate to music, but I'm thinking that it sparks interest. Also, the 3 companies I mentioned started, I believe, after the turndown in the computer industry, at least in the Bay Area. Price is the main reason I keep mentioning these. You can get high-end sound even if you aren't rich. I've got to admit I own these also. I was amazed by how close to the best you can get so cheaply.
Lush, you are correct. I also want to promote the APL Hi-Fi Denon 3910(my version-designed with analog in mind, and analog in comparison). You're gonna kill me here, but I think that I've been blessed in this area. I agree that it is all about what I've bought, but I think that it is more than that. Have you seen what Nuforce has become? I've asked for guidance in audio area. I can't comment on those things that I've not had experience with, but I can tell you that I have heard some mucho expensive systems. I recommend those things that I don't think you can go wrong with, if you want somewhat inexpensive things. My advice does not pertain to those who have a lot of money, or expensive audio equipment. Can I mention that, in about a week's time, I've had three computers and a monitor go out? Of course, it had to be accidental-even though one computer was brand new.
