The Torus RM 15 Plus or The Synergistic Powercell UEF 12 Power Conditioner/Transformer?

Which of these two power conditioners/transformers would you recommend?

I did a lot of research between the Torus and AudioQuest's Niagra. But I ultimately preferred the Torus's design and engineering philosophy a bit more. I have nothing but respect for AQ and SR. But as most guys you're always wondering.
