I was looking at it, I have a HD XL tivo and there is nothing the new one offered. I wish they increased the HD from 1tb to 2 tb that at least would of made me think about it.
yes it has HD menus and a updated interface but I am not going to spend another $750 to get HD menus, smalle size box and updated menus that is about it. My old one works great.
