About a year ago I heard a pair of Sonus Faber Grand Piano's. I was blown away! Tonight I heard a pair of Monitor Audio Gold Ref. 60's and I fell in love all over again. Also, the equipmnet used on the Monitor Audio's was no where near as good as the equipment used on the Sonus. GO Figure...
The best speaker you ever heard?
In my opinion, the speaker is by far the most important part of the audio system. After all, it is the only part you hear. OK, the other stuff really matters a lot, but without a great speaker... No go.
