The best speaker you ever heard?

In my opinion, the speaker is by far the most important part of the audio system. After all, it is the only part you hear. OK, the other stuff really matters a lot, but without a great speaker... No go.

I am a bit 'speaker-obsessed' I guess, and now I am wondering: What are the best speakers you have ever heard, and what made them the best?

B&W Matrix 802s3 with ARC tubed monoblocks and ARC pre maybe it was the LS2 Theta digital gen. 5 I think. this was at Ultra hi fi Formerly Eleksis Audio Northern Blvd. in Flushing N.Y. Buying a pair Of B&W's now, cant wait!!
Now, If I dont go into a hi end store the best sound is in my home theater, check out the system, trying to upgrade the amps to modified B&K M-200 Mono blocks.
The best speaker though would be Alan Watts, the philosopher. Check out Alan Watts .com , Amazing stuff.
I still think my B&W Matrix802s3 sound great but the last 2 speakers I heard were new 802 Diamonds with Mark Levinson gear, at Audioden in LakeGrove Long Island. And Wilson Sophias, with I think Linn Equipment. Talk about a disapearing act and sound stage
