Depends how you use it of course, had my TTT Slim II for 2.5 yrs.
No problems with battery charging, I generally leave on charge for the full top up which goes for a month with my useage.
I was a little obsessive at first, topping it up after every session, once I had the confidence it would go for 20 hrs on a charge, I relaxed.
On one occasion I did leave it switched on so had to charge instead of play.
I think I’m right in saying one can leave it connected via mains and just play it but that defeats the object!
Must check the manual to refamiliarise myself with the tech and option.
Thales has been the least worrisome turntable I’ve owned in 50yrs, apart from maybe Garrard 401.
I can’t imagine going back to a non Thales t/t, just further up the hierarchy.
Wonderful technology, to make things appear so simple and sound so good takes knowledge and understanding of the essence of the medium in terms of sound and enjoyment, not to mention pride of ownership. It’s a joy to use.
