TEAC AI-2000 and AI-3000

Apparently TEAC is discontinuing these Esoteric "Lite" models from their Distinction line. Consequently, there are some good buys on these. I'm particularly interested in the AI-3000. Are these integrated amps "the real deal", does anyone have experience with this integrated . . . thanks.
