I've not heard TDA7492 but TPA3116 was rather weak in the bass with an unruly top-end - could not recommend. Both are rather old designs nowadays - more modern ones to look into are TPA3221 and MA12070 and both of these sound a LOT better than TPA3116 to my ears.
