Hi lateboomer, no, you cannot, the HFX ground station is other than a good ground, it complete's the circuit of the floating shield's of the TARA lab's cable that requires the station, however, nearly everyone does not know you can buy another HFX ground station and use it on the other end of the interconnect for a huge performance improvement, how do I know, I've done it, as a matter of fact, I had two mono blocks TARA LAB'S grounding station's on the amp end ,then a stereo station on the source end of the interconnect, the result was stunning to say the least.
Taralabs does not make the mono block ISM grounding station's any more, the standard HFX grounding station's are bigger, with more cerelex material within the station than the ISM stereo grounding station's of the late 90's, the standard HFX grounding station is a only stereo grounding station, however, the concept of useing another ground station on

This is so new, it's still in development, however, this digital cable will be on the market in the next couple of weeks with a waiting list, the new benchmark for digital cable's for all other's to be measured by, The TARA Labs Grandmaster Evolution Digital Interconnect uses a pair of RSC® Gen 3 Rectangular Solid Core® conductors.

In the AES/EBU format, the conductors are critically spaced to ensure an exacting 110 Ohm characteristic impedance; this  is the AES/EBU format used with XLR connectors. The RSC Gen 3 conductors are smaller than the Gen 2 version, and this provides a more extended bandwidth for the digital signal.

The TARA Labs Grandmaster Evolution Interconnect uses a system of woven filaments constructed from small Teflon tubes, to expand and displace the shield further away from the signal carrying conductors. In this way, the Grandmaster Evolution Digital Interconnect is able to reduce digital distortion, called ‘jitter’.*(Jitter explains why Digital cables sound different from on to another)

The Grandmaster Evolution Digital cable is simply the most astonishing digital cable in the world today. No cable comes close except the Zero Evolution Digital interconnect.

Wow!, how infuriating! , the gall some have! ,none of you have a system page but two of you, I have nothing to prove! , zephyr24069 and calvinj, I can go through the trouble of sending you two gentlemen pic's of my system in my house, cheers.
Hi zephyr24069, I'll get to posting pic's this weekend, this new audiogon format is quirky,  cheers.
Not sure why you associate me with a tractor? , I'm from Florida! , you enjoy fabricating stories to amuse you'r self and other's! This is a thread about taralabs cable's! , if you do not have nothing to add about these cable's,  then exit this thread!
Zephyr24069, lol, one day,  I'll have a system as good as yours,  working toward that goal, speaker's these days are over priced expensive! , I've never listened to legacy speaker's,  can you elaborate on the sound and sound stage of your model,  what's the retail? , what year were they made? , happy listening.
Hi jafant, good to see you, I haven't had any new additions for a year, hopefully, 2016 will bring something new to the table,  so,  how have you been doing? , tell me some news of your listening adventures of different equipment since we last talked,  anything stand out?
4orreal, I agree, cable's are expensive,  taralabs too, however,  high end audio is an expensive hobby,  most people believe we're crazy when they find out what everything cost,  especially here where I currently live,  cheers.
"Generally speaking, today's audio cable products fall into two camps: those that emphasize beautiful sound and those that strive for ruler-flat neutrality. But what's really needed is a mutant breed that is able to deliver on both fronts. That's where the new TARA Labs Zero Evolution interconnects fit in. This cable is decisively in the neutral camp. However, it has unsurpassed timbral fidelity and characteristics like liquidity and ease, all of which I associate with the musical camp. But the beauty of their sound does not impair their passing an incredible amount of information.” – Marshall Nack / Positive Feedback Online, Issue #81
Hi Calloway, I've got the new audiogon format figured out now,  I do not desire a system page at this time,  but I thought it was cool that I just made an avatar of my taralabs omega gold speaker cable's and matching omega speaker post jumper cable's, I'm going to try to get the new zero Evolution interconnects and omega Evolution speaker cable's this year,  an incredible endeavor to accomplish to say the least, really,  I'm quite happy with what I have, however,  audiophila took hold when I listened to the new and improved model's,  bad idea to listen to something better these days,  you did the same thing with your cable choice,  did you not? , being an audiophile is like having a dependency problem,  lol!

For those that are in a budget,  the Taralabs RSC Air Forte interconnect and speaker cable's are today's good cable's for the money, For nearly 20 years the air series interconnects and speaker cables have been at the forefront of audio cable design. TARA Labs proudly introduces the Air Forte interconnect and speaker cable.
In the case of the Air Forte interconnect the high-frequency extension is clear and linear. The high-frequency extension is defined by the electro-static field, more usually known as the capacitance. The capacitance of the air forte is a remarkably low 5pf per foot. The inductive reactance known as inductance is also remarkably low. This means that the Air Forte interconnect is 200% – 300% greater linearity with frequency than similar priced cables. The sound of the Air Forte is completely neutral and very revealing with high frequency and airy detail.

Rsf507, Hi, if you cannot afford  $800.00 a meter for this cable,  you should get out of high-end audio!
Rsf507, wow!, never heard that from any taralabs cable's, no matter the cost or model,  what equipment where you using? , those two model's of cable's you are referring to are system dependent,  if I can be any help to you the next time you want to get taralabs cable's,  let me know,  as a matter of fact,  the Taralabs website has cable component matching,  a good basis to start from,  but in the end, let your ear's be the judge,  their is always a taralab's model to fit your needs.
Hi Steven,  I appreciate the season greetings email,  merry Christmas to you and happy new year.
As far as bass weight is concerned, my taralabs zero gold I/C's and Omega gold speaker cable's, cobalt power cord has a lot of bass weight,  I admit,  way deeper and bigger than the taralabs model,  The One,  however,  the bass is not exaggerated at all,  the cable's I have are a great match for the modified krell 700cx amplifier I have, this amplifier doesn't have the bass that the krell fpb 200 amplifier that I had in the mid 90's, the fpb 200 likely had exaggerated bass, but I had fun listening to that amp back in the day, lol, I had horn speaker's that were 103db sensitivity,  talking about slam!, I had taralabs,  The One cable's on that system,  but the interconnect was extraordinary in that day, taralabs no longer offers what I had,  a stereo grounding station,  and 2 mono block grounding stations,  three in all on the same interconnect,  talking about a low noise floor, lowest for the model,  The One,  I've ever heard to this day.
"The Omega Evolution speaker cable is as perfect as any cable could be. Blending a remarkable  soundstage with instruments hanging delicately in space and absolute neutrality allowing every nuance to  shine though. Truly a platinum standard for both tube and solid-state systems alike." – Carl Jerritts / APEX  Audio
Hi John,  I know Apex Audio is a Tara dealer,  as well as a dealer for many brands of cable's.
Jazzonthehudson, I  have sent 150 pic's to two member's of audiogon on this thread of my system! , I have nothing to prove! , I do not want a system page!, back read a few post and you will know I recently sent the pic's to these gentlemen.
Jazzonthehudson, you have never asked me for pic's of my system by way of emails, I  enjoy audio and experiencing the journey with others that become friends with me, you seem to be rude, why don't you get to know someone and be a gentleman? , I do not know you sir, I would like to learn from you,  and enjoy our association,  merry Christmas to you.
Hi pops,  when I  used the taralabs the one speaker cable's with the zero gold interconnect,  it was not as lean as useing the one interconnect,  however,  when I finally matched the zero interconnect with the matching omega gold speaker cable's,  that was a huge heft in bass! , then I followed through with the cobalt power cord with oyaida termination's, the sound become rich sounding with big deep bass that literally was a revelation of what's possible with cable's.
Melbguy1,  Did you know where I live is like the gold Coast of Australia? , where I live has world famous beaches and attractions,  I'm also 45 minutes from Pensacola florida, beautiful beaches! , I also live in a house, unlike you that lives in an apartment! , let's be honest here!
Melbguy1, I do not understand why you said those things about the u.s.a. for? , America is the greatest country on earth!
Yeah calvinj,  I'm in Bama, my closest beach is 25 minutes away,  and Gulf Shores AL,  is also 45 minutes away from me, we have the most beautiful beaches in the world here in South AL,  and North West Florida, calvinj,  I sent pictures of my system to two member's on this thread,  150 of them to each gentleman, do you have a system page? , I do not believe you do,  I don't want a system page,  I'm hoping that I can do some changes in 2016 with my system,  cheers

Calvinj, I have $20,000.000 worth of gear,  three components, speakers, digital player, amplifier,  now my cable's,  $43,000.000 retail,  what did I actually pay? $9,500.000!!!!,  not that is anyone's business,  however,  I consider you a friend,  so I'm telling you here now,  happy new year calvinj.
Now,  this thread is about taralabs,  not me! , please,  let's stick to the topic of the thread,  thankyou in advance.
Hi calvinj,  did the tornadoes hit near you in Texas? , seen all of it on the news.
Hi calvinj,  I tried to call you,  look for my call,  btw, are you using high fidelity power cable's?
I  have never said anything about this,  but if you look closely at my avatar,  you will see the attached tags that says speaker or amplifier,  taralabs doesn't supply this on the Omega gold speaker cable's,  my cable's were Michael fremmer's personal cable's before he up graded to the taralabs Evolution omega sp speaker cable's,  I'm the second owner ever,  I wanted these cable's that were Michael's, cheers.
Hi Birdiemay13, I'm not sure I know you,  I seen you on this thread,  pm me, and I will talk with you by phone or emails,  do you have taralabs cable's now?
Quote about the Evolution zero and Omega, this  cable has the fastest, cleanest transient I've come across, with absolutely no grain or edge marring its excellent delivery. Every frequency is perfectly aligned and that allows transient edges to come into view, revealing fine details of texture.” – Marshall Nack / Positive Feedback Online, Issue #81
Hi Steven,  the 0.3 is a new model cable introduced at the same time the revamped model line up occurred , how long have you had the 0.3 in your system? , do you have a loom of the 0.3?
Birdiemay13, did you know the new taralabs-the 3 has pure silver shielding? , after talking to you,  if you wanted a nice up grade in performance,  the 3 would be it,  exceptional  bass that will kick your dishes around in your house cabinets.
Steven, btw, how much better is the ncf furutech gtx-rhodium wpo’s?, wall-power-outlet’s. , Chris vanhause emailed me about this new product back at the beginning of December 12-9-15.
Hi Steven,  I'm using a full loom of taralabs cable's,  the cobalt power cord with oyaida termination's,  the zero gold balanced,  the Omega gold speaker cable's,  very extended frequency response in both directions,  big deep bass, and very nice 3 dimensional engaging musical sound,  with realism.
Steven,  have you listen to the new wpo’s to make a comparison to our outlet's?

I heard some taralabs grandmaster cable's last year,  and to say the least,  I was smitten,  for those of you with Uber dacs and transports, I whole heartily would like some feedback on this newly developed digital cable from taralabs,  Making Sense of …. Grandmaster Evolution Digital
The TARA Labs Grandmaster Evolution Digital Interconnect uses a pair of RSC® Gen 3 Rectangular Solid Core® conductors.
In this way, the Grandmaster Evolution Digital Interconnect is able to reduce digital distortion, called ‘jitter’.
Jitter explains why Digital cables sound different from on to another.
The most significant reason for the different sound in digital recording and playback systems is the phenomenon of ‘errors’.
The most widely known error is called ‘jitter’. Jitter can be thought of as a timing error or a distortion of the digital bit-stream within the digital send and receive components and the digital interconnect cable.
The timing errors (digital jitter) can be reduced by using better quality cable with superior shielding to reject interference within the cable.
