Tablet for Streaming

Is there a "best" tablet that I can leave connected to my DAC, for dedicated streaming?

To try it out I have subscribed to Pandora on my laptop. Connect it to the DAC port on my CDP and listen. Taking the LT to the system, plugging it in etc. is a pain. I thought a tablet would be a good and cheap way for this first step. This way I just leave the tablet at the stereo.
