Synergistic Research subwoofer cable hookk up

I recently took delivery of a SR subwoofer cable. I'm new at subwoofer cable hookup and want to properly hook up this cable to my stereo amplifier. There is a red and yellow wire as well as a ground wire which I presume goes to the preamp ground. Which speaker terminals do I put the red and yellow wires to. For some its elementary but for me this is entirely new ground. I'm also vision impaired but fairly capable where electronics are concerned. Any simple help would be most welcome.
