If you can buy the Foundation RCAs used, they are a great value and very easy to resell... but its tough to make a blanket recommendation without knowing your gear and your level of room acoustic treatment, et cetera.
In my humble opinion, if you don't have your primary reflections and slap-echo treated in your room it won't matter much anyways because your system will sound smeary and flat regardless.
