I use a Sistrum Sp101 platform under my Optima Red Top battery that powers my Altmann/DD Dac combo. Using the platform made for an immediate improvement over just the Audiopoints on carpet over concrete floor. Battery on just the floor was the least satisfactory. Solar panel with no storage vessel would be less active than just a battery which is certainly less active than a conditioner, improvements should be perceived with the right choice of resonance control. There is breakin with some footers. Depends on material makeup, geometry of device and the mass of the unit sitting atop the footer. Some components will over a period of time develop a vibrational pattern that will exist even when a highly resolute footer or shelf is replaced by a different footer or shelf. The speaker the chassis or the musical instrument is much like a capacitor in that its material makeup is a storage device with a memory of signals that pass thru. I have recorded this process happen and was shocked and dismayed at first, soon to be excited by the understanding of why it happened. Tom

Within the ustpo//gov/ patents/process/search/ data base what are the published granted U.S patent numbers for your pending audio patent applications of the past several years? I am requesting these government patent numbers for the disclosure they may provide so I and others in the audio community can fully understand the differential of your proposed design and application.. versus those of the prior understood art. Working with a variety of metals in various shapes and geometry used in my hi-fi always calls me back to tungsten and how very little or barely a trace can be way to much. With tungsten in the system the visual picture laid out of the sound stage in front of me was also above me, much like Dali's "Persistence of Memory" purchased in capsule form on Haight Street in the Summer of 69 .
