Supratek preamps vs Jadis Defy 7

There is a growing wave of enthusiasm about these Supratek preamps, namely the Syrah and the Chardonnay (linestage only). Did anyone compare Supratek preamps (coupled with a good power amp, of course) against the classic integrated Jadis Defy 7? Same league?
