Supex Moving Coil Cartridge

Can the stylus be replaced? Mounted on a Fidelity Research FR- 64fx, on Sonographe Table. Has not been used for a dozen years. Cannot find a model #.

If unrepairable, can you suggest a reasonable (stress reasonable) alternative.

For a cartridge of that quality and sound, with similar mechanical characteristics, you should consider the Shelter cartridges.

The stylus can be replaced.
I suggest sending the cart to Albert Lukaschek. He is the head of Benz-Micro in Switzerland and does wonderful repair jobs for around 300E.
