Superphon Revelation II Preamp with Phono Stage
Can anyone make a suggestion to finding a perfect mate for the Superphon Revelation II Preamp with Phono Stage?
I am speaking of a power amp that would go well with this pre amp.
I hooked it up to a Counterpoint SA 100 power amp and it’s just too much power amp for this pre amp.
The Lazarus Cascade Basic works like a charm when combined with the Counterpoint SA 100 power amp. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
The Lazarus works so well because of the right and left attenuators for HiFi application.
This Superphon is ideally suited for stereophonic reproduction.

You could use set of Rothwell attenuators. They work extremely well. http://www.rothwellaudioproducts.co.uk/html/attenuators.html "Although the attenuators can be used on the inputs of the pre-amp in exactly the same way as they would be used on an integrated amp (with the same benefits), alternatively they can be used between the pre-amp and the power amp to even greater effect.
