Sunfire TGP-5 vs. newer TGP-401, upgrade or not?

I currently have the TGA-7400 and TGP-5 amp preamp, is there any value to upgrading to the newer TGP-7401 anf TGP-401? Or are there better systems out there for similar money? I'm considering the B&K ref 70 and 200.7 amp but heard they've been bought out by ATI. Any thoughts?
