I too have been interested in the Amethyst and this group of cartridges. I own the Sumiko Blackbird (high output) and overall like it, but would like to acquire a good MM cartridge.
I found this thread while searching for info on the Amethyst and thought I would move it forward in hopes that maybe someone has some experience since this thread was introduced.
