stanton L720 cartridge, not P mount

hi there

I'm buying a Pioneer TT that has a 720 Stanton

however, it is not the P mount that seems to be readily

available, but a 1/2" mount with a "full size" body like

a 680 or 681...anyone familiar with this cartridge?
