Stacking Chip DACs?

I was wondering if there are any DACs that stack the chip set? If so what chips and who are the manufacturers? Also are there any that use transformers?

Bigkidz,

Alex Paychex Of APL Hifi stacks the AKM chips in his NWO players. I am not sure about his DACS. You can research his site.
