Speed Tweaking

It seems that my Oracle Mk 1 turntable spins slower than intended 33 RPM. I would appreciate if you would help me to find out a proper way to adjust the speed. I remember I've read someone mentioned about some bolts on a motor that could be used to speed up/slow down....but I can't find that article anymore. I already have a KAB SpeedStrobe kit....
