Spectral 30 Sl g2 on or off?

Goodmorning everyone,
I need advice: I recently bought a pre Spectral 30 Sl g2.
I read on the forums that many recommend to always leave it turned on because the on off switch is only posterior and there is no standby function.
So I did, however, I saw that the preamplifier warms up a lot and I pause that in the long run can always be damaged.
Nothing is written in the user manual.
I ask the experts at Spectral and who owns a device like mine that it's better to behave.
Thank you

whether or not to leave the unit on or not ?      the OP gets answers from other members on a forum and they say to leave it on......but then asks the question again on whether or not he should leave it on or turn it off.

its your equipment so do what you want....but just keep in mind that it might sound " different " at first until things warm up and that could be in a few hours or ?????? .
"  I read on the forums that many recommend to always leave it turned on"

there is your answer.....

did you ask in the forums how warm their units are when left on ?  maybe these units are warm due to design.

you can read in the forums regarding leaving ss equipment on all the time and many members do as when its turned off for a  period of time, it takes a day or so for the equipment to sound like it did before .

Now, if you are going away for a few days, then I would turn it off and disconnect the power from the unit as you never know if a bad storm might roll in and a power surge could happen.
