Speakers to hang on to for LIFE

Köchel K300 horns for me. They effortlessly pass through whatever they are fed. They suit my tastes perfectly and provide a stable base to build upon. Every change to my system is immediately discernable. Occasionally an upgrade brings about the need to address another area due to the sensitivity and transparency. A good problem to have though, in my opinion. I couldn't be happier with their performance.

Ozfly, how do the Von Schweikert VR-11's compare with the Montana WAS?

Nrenter, I meant it when I said it, Köchel K-300 horns. Not that I'd limit myself, but I really don't see any reason for me to change over to something else. They are wholly satisfying to me. I will probably do a parts upgrade on the cross-overs. I could also see toying with subwoofers someday when I don't have anything better to spend my budget on.
