monitor audio has been a favorites since the MD952 an R700 days. Monitor audio tends to be designed around the idea of "space" being portrayed.

The high slope crossovers for the B&W, though, tend to make angle of incidence for the seated people, be less of a critical thing. Whereas the lower slopes of crossover that monitor tends to use... being a hair more problematic in this regard. But, they may have done HT speakers differently
