Very simple to make them yourself. I made some about 8 inches high for a friend using douglas fir and birch plywood and stained them with a mixture of Minwax Early American and Walnut stain. The cost was less than $30 and took a few hours to construct. The construction consisted of 4 3x3s from 2x4 douglas fir glued together and trimmed to 3x3 on the 4 corners held together by an internal box of 3/4 inch birch plywood. Once stained and sealed it matched the speaker veneer perfectly.
