Speaker repair in Sacramento ?

I'd like to find out whether the caps in my Silverline standmounts need to be replaced and I'm wondering whether anyone can recommend a tech in the Sacramento area.

I ended up taking them to Neal's speaker repair in Weimar.

I'm experiencing a loss of highs. I want to make sure there's nothing amiss with stock crossover parts at this stage.
