Parts are available for many, not for special, check and see if so for your drivers.

I first paid a pro to re-cone my vintage 15" woofers. next, I bought a complete coil/cone kit and rebuilt them myself. Hardest part was scraping the old glue off the spider ring.

Next, I replaced just the foam surround ring of a Velodyne 12" driver myself, surprisingly easy.

Although not in OC, I used Upland Speakers. I've heard Orange County Speakers are good, but not used them. Now do all my own.
