Speaker matches for tube amp and hybrid pre

Hey folks-

I am looking for new speakers. I listen to a very wide variety of music and my listening space is my living room (14x16x9 foot ceilings), with all the living room treatments one would expect.

I have a Sonic Frontiers power 1 amp, an upgraded Audio Research ls2b and Jolida cd-100.

I'm willing to spend up to $2,000 for small floor standers, or monitors on stands.

So, whaddya recommend?
