Speaker Cables, One side longer- bad idea?

How bad is it to have one speaker cable longer than the
other? The lengths would be 10ft and 16ft. Basically
I would like to avoid having to coil up 6 ft of cable
on the short side of the speaker runs.

How bad is this?
How does it affect the sound??
