Source for new not NOS or new tube substitutions

Hello,

I am looking for newly produced, modern versions of the following, or new equivalents if no longer produced. I am not a big fan of NOS tubes, but if there are no new or new substitutes available, I guess I'd have no choice.

I do not happen to have a tube substitution book handy, so if any of you do (or if you're a guru who just knows off the top of your head), please let me know what the new equivalents of the following are:

If you perform a web search of the specific tube #'s you may find the rest. I usually prefer NOS signal tubes, but some very nice power tubes are being currently manufactured. I am not familiar with any of these tubes. What are you using them in?
