Soundaware DAM1 - Anyone user experience feedback ?

The Soundaware DAM1 dac has gained quite a good reputation for itself in Mainland China and now sold in the USA through their website. Possibly one of the most impressively built electronic products with great aesthetic appeal. However, not very much feedback , save for a rather favorable and praiseworthy review on 6moons. Evidently, this dac eschews the typical sigma delta or r2r chip configuration instead using their own house developed design.

My initial impressions are quite positive judging by overall fit and finish of this product. The lingering question remains how does it sound exactly?.....Any Audiogoners have any experience with this dac and if so, please feel free to share your thoughts.
