Sony TA F444es Fuse Question

This Sony unit has a fuse on board...# 5A  125v ( it is soldered to board )
which I know is correct...however there is an EMPTY spot on the circuit board which says
250 v T.25 A . This is my question:
Because there is nothing there except the number ..( 250v T.25A )
Why is there no fuse here?
Is it correct to have only # 5A....125 v fuse ?
Is it empty for use in a foreign country....not USA ?
Relay protection click is functioning fine .
