My Macmini and external drive are not hardwired to my router. Is this considered a wireless transfer ?Yes. Transfer software is running on the mini and has to wirelessly send the data to router.
Should i stop the transfer and wire the Mini ?Yes. Hardwire everything involve in the transfer.
