Sony DVP-CX777ES for CD Audio. Any thoughts?

I'm considering purchasing a Sony DVP-CX777ES to use in conjunction with 2 cdp555ES units, controlled by an Escient music server. Sony told me it has better audio capabilities than my other units, but I'm not sure the Tech really knew what he was talking about. Any help would be appreciated.
