Sonic Frontiers SFCD 1 No output signal

I have a big problem with my SFCD 1. All voltages are ok. Power supplies,relais,tubes and drive mechanism - ok. May be someone had the same problem and can help me. We have no Sonic Frontiers service in Germany....
