SoCal HIFI - very disappointing

Avoid! Emailed them Sunday April 27, 2014 re buying $6500 item with detailed shipping info, then twice on Monday. Response late Monday -

"Thank you for your inquiry. We will respond to your request shortly. Please DO NOT reply to this email."

Emailed them again Tuesday PM and twice on Wed and again on Thursday May 1st, because still no response, and Email was the only way given.

What a pair of jerks. Thank you for wasting my time!
