SME V Tonearm Mounting Help

I'm hoping for some help with a SME mounting template measurement.

I am lacking the factory Model V mounting template and need to secure the tonearm in the proper "rest position" (critical to proper function of the anti skate mechanism).

Can a kind fellow "Audiogoner" provide me with the distance measurement on their mounting template from table spindle center to the centerline of the arm tube when in the proper rest postion?
