Slow left channel start up

Can someone please advise why one channel of a Parasound amp would start up slower than the other? It is a 2200II and I need to know why it takes longer for one of the channels to charge up???

Either it's revolting, because it's jealous of the right channel, or it's just plain lazy...

If it sounds okay once it's "charged up," then why should a small time delay matter?
