Similar sound characteractics to MIT cables?

hi, does anyone know of other brands interconnects and speakers cables that have a house sound that's similar to MIT cables? but without those MIT network box? MIT cables sound relax, a tad laid back, yet clear and no veil/curtain between performance and listener, dynamic are natural without harshness.

I like the AQ Volcano. I have no had an opportunity to demo the WEL series nor MIT cable systems. Given the price of MIT, I would suspect, the MIT to beat AQ Volcano easily.

I am interested in reading more about MIT cabling as well.

Many will say MIT and Transparent are very close in build, design and presentation. 


I can vouch, as well, for Silent Source. These are fantastic cables/cords.

Match very well to Pass Labs and Aesthetix gear. Happy Listening!

yes, it is believed that Bruce Bisson left Transparent back on the 1980's to start M.I.T. cable systems. He appears to be an interesting person and designer. I wish I knew more about his role w/ Transparent and subsequent departure?

yes, you owe it to yourself to demo the Silent Source cabling. It is excellent to outstanding, especially, with solid-state gear.
I had a wonderful demo on Pass Labs gear and TAD speakers.

I wish I had a local dealer/retailer for MIT.
I feel they are a popular company, still making the Audio Show circuit.
The founder, Bruce Bisson, is an industry leader and visionary as well.
