Simaudio Celeste series....Still good?

I had a W-4070SE and a W-4150 many years ago.
They come up on the market now and then for under $1000.

Wondering if I should stick with newer fare with a little more $ or do these still offer much more than similarly priced newer amps?

Any opinions?
