Shunyata Hydra 8 Manual Help

I recently bought a Hydra 8 without manual. Is there any important information that I should be aware of? thanks in advance

I'll contact Shunyata about it. jeff, can you elaborate on the performance issues? Also, the correct sequence is turn off first before plugging/unplugging then turn on hydra last, correct?
