Should I upgrade my Simaudio Neo 230HAD?

I've had the Simaudio Neo 230HAD in my current system for around 8 months now. Simaudio has a trade-up program where they'll typically give you the full retail value of your current hardware and put it toward your next Simaudio purchase so long as it's done within 12 months of the original purchase.

Anyway, I haven't been able to listen to anything up range from the 230HAD, and am not sure how big of a difference there really is between the sound quality of their DACs. I know there are all sorts of feature differentiation between the models, but the capabilities of the 230HAD are plenty for me. It's only the sound I'm interested in. I've been eyeing the 380D, but don't know if the jump is worth it.
