Whatever you do, pack rigidly with at least 1" styrofoam surrounding the speakers. The only "good" shippers I have found are "freight" companies. Even with careful packing both FedEx and UPS have damaged my shipments. but not often.
Shipping co. recommendations (CHI -> SF)
Does anyone have a recommendation for a shipper for shipping a pair of speakers + stands from Chicago to SF? I have orig. inside boxes, so prob. needs external shipping cartons.
