Sherbourn 7/2100 vs. Emotiva XPA-5 neutrality

I have an opportunity to purchase either of these for about the same price. I would like to hear opinions about which one is more neutral. I am not concerned about the extra channels on the Sherbourn. I just want to know with only five being used, which people find more neutral.
