Cartridge loading is a tremendously personal and system-dependent issue, I think.

I liked the 103 loaded down to 70 ohms (zero capacitance), but that was for my system. Your preferences may differ. (Nice thing about the Jolida is that it has tremendous loading flexibility, particularly for a budget stage.)
Try different settings and see which you prefer.
Signal Cable ics are a great value. I like the Silver Resolutions from phono to preamp:
